Terms & Conditions

The following outlines terms and conditions when undertaking therapy:

1. The therapy session lasts for 50 minutes; fees to be agreed at the initial consultation stage. Payment is weekly or monthly as agreed via cash or BACS transfer.

2. If you are unable to attend a session I will try to find an alternative time and/or offer the session online. If this cannot be arranged the full fee will be charged. Except at the Hove clinic where cancellations over 48 hours will be charged at half the rate.

3. All enquiries, communications and data handling are outlined in the privacy policy and comply with GDPR.

4. Supplied information is used only to respond to booking or communication issues. No personally identifiable information is disclosed to outside parties except where I believe release is appropriate to ensure your or others’ safety and comply with the law. You will always be informed of this in advance.

5. I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and Psychotherapist and registered member of the BACP. I adhere to the ethical framework of the BACP.
